That's correct - Auto Stop/Start is disabled automatically when the Accessport is installed, no additional changes necessary. Currently exploring the option to add a feature to the Adjustments menu to allow customers to enable/disable the feature, but unsure on ETA.

COBB Access Port AUTO/STOP not available yet

Right now, Auto Stop/Start is automatically disabled when you install the Accessport - no special tune changes or adjustments needed. All maps, both OTS and custom will have the feature disabled. We're exploring the option to enable/disable the feature via the Accessport, but there are some...

When towing, we recommend running either of the Performance Tow maps and using the vehicle's Tow drive mode. Note that simply switching to Tow drive mode on a Stage1 or Stage2 map is not recommended - you'll need to reflash to Performance Tow.

Not normal, but should be easily resolved. This sort of thing will usually happen when you don't wait with the key off for long enough after a reflash. Do another 'Change Map' to the same Tow map and be sure to leave the key off after the flash for around ~30 seconds to a minute, just to be sure.

Check engine light after removing COBB

Have you had your truck since new? Have you/any previous owners tuned the truck before installing the AP? Definitely an odd one that we haven't seen before - hope that we can find a solution for you.

Same as Gen2 - to our knowledge, no, the dealer wouldn't be able to tell the difference between an AP being uninstalled from the truck vs. resetting the ECU with a generic scan tool or disconnecting the battery. That said, to CYA/be as forthright as possible, we don't know what Ford won't tell...

Yup, the Stage0 map has no changes from the factory tune, but still leaves the Accessport installed. If/when you take the truck in for service, make sure to fully uninstall the AP by selecting the 'Uninstall' option from the main menu. Part of the process for the bench unlock is to backup the...

Great to hear the positive feedback! Unlike the Gen2 Raptor that had separate control modules for the engine and transmission, the Gen3 Raptor uses a single module to control both. When selecting a map to install with the Accessport, you are choosing both the engine calibration and...

We currently only have support for 2021-2022 Gen3 Raptors, but 2023 support is in the works. We'll post here and on our social media/newsletter when 2023 support is released. When that happens, reach out to our customer service team ([email protected]) and they'll get you setup with the...

We are excited to announce the availability of Accessport tuning, bolt-on power upgrades, and Accesstuner Pro custom tuning support for Ford’s Gen 3 F-150 Raptor. We initially released tuning support for the Gen3’s predecessor, the Gen2 Raptor, back in January of 2019. Much like the Gen2, the...

GooseTuned Gen 3 - Baseline Dyno Runs vs Gen 2 Baseline!

There is a bump in compression to 10.5:1 for the Gen3 3.5HO vs. 10:1 for the Gen2 3.5HO. Modeled compressor efficiency is also decently different on Gen3 vs. Gen2 - improved efficiency at higher pressure ratios and airmass vs. Gen2. Not a massive difference on the dyno, but I'd venture based...

Cobb Tune & Altered Sync Reverse Tones

Hey John! It looks like you've reached out to our Customer Service team as of this morning and have some instructions to get this fixed up. Let us know how it goes. For anyone else that runs into this, it is generally a result of the APIM not re-syncing with the ICBM after a reflash. At the...

GEN 2 Updated V200 COBB Off The Shelf Maps and ALL NEW Performance Tow Maps

Glad to hear that folks are enjoying the new maps! The easiest way to get the new maps on your Accessport is to: 1. Update the Accessport using Accessport Manager. 2. When the update is complete, plug the AP into your truck. Navigate to the 'Tune' sub-menu, and select 'Restore OTS Maps'...

    New Gen 2 Owner - Day 1 problems...[resolved, hopefully]

Some good information in this thread already, but also a few things to clarify. With the modifications installed, the truck should have no problem running on the stock tune. On certain vehicles, tuning can be required after installing simple modifications like an intake - these are 99.9% of...

pcm internal memory problem post cobb

99 times out of 100, any DTCs/CELs right at startup after a reflash are caused by not waiting long enough after the flash with the key/vehicle in the 'off' position. In this case, codes are generally thrown on other modules that the AP can't read from, which is why you didn't see any DTCs when...

    FORSCAN / COBB Tuning?

Understood. That misunderstanding has been addressed with our Customer Service team. We do see some issues using similar devices on other cars we support (VW and Audi) but it is not a concern on supported Ford cars/trucks. Marshall@COBB

    FORSCAN / COBB Tuning?

Hey everyone! Just to clarify, there should not be any major concerns in making adjustments in FORSCAN as long as those changes aren't directly related to calibration data for the engine or transmission. Most of the changes we see made within FORSCAN don't touch that data, so you should be...
