I got all my paperwork back from the dealer and it does say that they recognize this “clunk”, or however it was stated, as an issue and that they have engaged Ford Engineering. It is not normal vehicle operation.

Just got a call from the dealer; bad news, they said the same as above - however they said want to keep it for the next week or so while they have Ford service/engineering work with them on the issue. Who knows what this will lead to but I gotta give credit to the dealer for not wanting to give...
Well just dropped the truck off at the dealer, service manager heard and felt it as soon as we pulled out of the lot for a test drive (I had them drive to get the full experience)
I’ll let y’all know what they come up with. I told them to keep it until they figure it out.
Oh ok gotcha, yeah it definitely can be felt in the gas pedal but I can actually hear the clunking as well…good to see you’re giving it a good run off road and don’t see any issues there. I agree, truck is awesome, just want to get the issue resolved like you!
Ok I gotcha. I love the truck to be honest so I’ll probably try to ride this out for a fix- let’s keep tight on when an after market comes out lol and I may go that route if ford doesn’t do anything
clicking is one thing, but the banging/clunking/whatever the hell is going on is not cool...
Just checking in as a new Gen3 clunkmobile owner. Have not taken it in yet, but planning on it.
Low speeds, neighborhood streets with small bumps and ruts. Nice loose feeling in the gas peddle and the floorboard.
