We should have some v2's ready to go by the end of August and we should get you guys a definitive answer.
If anyone wants to give it a shot at no cost to them (we will cover return shipping and 100% of costs if it doesn't fit) plus a 20% discount let me know!
Edit 7-9: That was quick! We found someone - thank to those who offered up!
We're putting the finishing touches on our high-flow catted downpipes for the Gen 2 Raptor and would love some to get some user feedback from the field - at a GENEROUS discount to you, of course.
All you need to do is...
The v2 is 27% larger (the main gain here as larger is generally better, and we're using the same proprietary core that's on the Titan v1 - which has proven 40+ degree reduction). That alone is the kicker here.
It also has a drain plug on the cold side end tank and removes the coupler connection...
We're doing the "formal" street test as we speak to get apples-to-apples, but it's the same in-house core but larger (which in itself should equal more cooling). We saw it in testing the prototype.
For those looking let me to introduce the just-released Titan v.2!
It features a 27% larger version of our proprietary core (not off the shelf like most of the other guys), direct connection on the lower cold side (no more hose), and drain plug on the cold side end tank.
Take a look here...

Hey all! Just giving a shout to let you know that November features our best sale of the year - 10% off any CVF-branded products, including no taxes added (we eat the cost) and free shipping to the lower 48 with discount code BLK21!
Feel free to give me a shout with any questions!
We've had customers upgrade their intercooler without an accompanying tune. It's not as efficient as running a tune with the intercooler but you still do feel the effects of the upgraded. More cool air flowing = better performance any way you look at it.
You experience the intercooler's effect when air is passing through the unit at higher speeds. When it's sitting it's normal for IAT's to be high, particularly in the summer months.
The Cobb and Mishimoto units are definitely well-built! And while I can definitely appreciate your experience with other brands, I don’t think it’s really fair to compare CVF to a generic knock-off.
For example, Wagner isn’t made or designed in the US, and it’s well-known that Mishimoto...
