The KO2s on my Raptor are the 2nd set, and have less than 3k on them...basically new. Both had the 10sp, gearing is certainly different, but I tried to dog the XLT. But I never said apples to apples, just an interesting anecdote.

My 2018 developed the 4-3 harsh downshift about a month or so ago, in addition to a hard 4-5 shift it's always had in Sport mode. I took it in 2 weeks ago to dealer, they allegedly re-flashed, but it's doing the same thing. Going back tomorrow to try again.

Did same, had no effect on vinegar/mold smell. It's in the AC/the evaporator way past the cabin filter.

I replaced with carbon-filled cabin filter...no difference, as smell comes from inside AC system and blows directly in your face.
