    Thanks, Noah. I searched for videos but I guess I missed that one. Only thing I did differently was I popped out the Upfitter switches first, disconnected the three harnesses, then removed the lower trim piece (with the 'SYNC' emblem), and removed the two bolts after that. THe front clips on...
