what size inlet and outlet do we need? im looking at the pro venom and doing a lightning style exit before the rear tire

so what muffler should i order for my 5.4? the pro 250, reg 250, or 300. im not sure what the difference is besides the pro is polished and square.

any idea how this would sound on a 5.4? my gibson drones a bit and im looking to go with a custom side exit lightning style.
