No. An "upfitter" is a non-Ford entity, away from the plant or assembly line, that "upfits" the truck with bedliner, graphics, etc.
Those switches in the overhead console, that are listed on your window sticker, will allow you to "Upfit" switched wiring to driving lamps or other electrically...
Two very different trucks built for two very different uses. I can see how you could "reason" yourself into that train of thought though. The 450s are beautiful trucks!
Finally received my window sticker and invoice today. Ford Performance said my AG/802A was "sent to plant" on the 17th and sticker shows a build date 11/23. This will be my 3rd Raptor and I'm so lookining forward to it.
Order was placed 7/28. My brother is the dealer. He had said early on that...
Ok, it may not be "D" Plan, but my brother who is the dealer called it that. He also called it "triple net"....which could be referred to as invoice less holdback. That is better than "D" plan.
Got my vin today too. Build date is the week of Nov 7th. My brother is my dealer. He just got back from the Dearborn dealer meeting and was told that the 1st two weeks in Nov would be the initial production.
