    My 2020 Moonroof "CRUNCH"

    I had the same problem after opening my moonroof, black pieces of plastic fell in the moonroof track and preventing it from closing all the way. It left a half inch gap until I removed the plastic residue.

    Driver door B&O speaker crackling

    I had the same problem with my 2018. I pulled on the door panel and the noise stopped I wedged a piece of hard plastic between the door and panel to resolve the problem.
