Actually, it wasn't that bad at all. I folded the Softopper down, tossed the spare into the bed, hopped into the bed, then tossed it into the basket. Will I want to do that when I'm older? Probably not, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. lol Once you're standing in the...
I have no idea where I ordered them from originally, it was like 8 years ago. Also, if you don't get them from an authorized seller I don't think they honor the warranty. I'm pretty sure I bought them on eBay or something.
I heat gunned them once, but they end up curling again anyways. The passenger mat moving around bugs me as well. I think I might give the Husky liners a try this time. The OEM rubber mats just don't cover well enough.
Currently have the WeatherTech foor liners. I had them in my previous 2013 Limited truck as well, so they are coming up on about 8 years old now and are starting to have some issues. The rear mat is folding pretty badly at the edges and although it still protects just fine, it looks like crap...
Got one of the sides installed. Literally zero instructions from Recon for them. I had to dig through my shop estimator/repair manual for the wiring diagram for the courtesy lights to figure out what I needed to tap into. I also set them up with disconnects so they can be removed from the...
I also wanted to add - I looked into trying to use the door handles from something like an XL or XLT truck that had the black plastic door handles, but the issue is that the surround around the handle is also the black/gray textured plastic, meaning it won't match any of the other trim in the...
Hey guys, figured I'd just make a new thread here.
When I first got my Raptor I also had a 2013 Limited with the red interior in it. I swapped over basically everything from the Limited that was different from the Raptor. It was interesting there were areas on the Raptor that they cheaped out...
Yea, I was debating using speed nuts and screws as well and drilling holes for them so that they stay together. I'm sure the body shop has tons of those laying around to use.
They are just blocking the flat areas first before I take the truck there to fit them. I also have to figure out how to attach the fender liners to them, which I'm assuming means drilling holes and putting in some trim clips. I went with the ADV +2/+2 without the molded vents along with their...
I can see what you mean, but the back area lines up with the tail light cut out. Also, that's where they are placed on the ad where I ordered them from from the person who designed them.
I think I put some pictures up of it in the thread where I was asking if anyone had purchased one. I need to actually get some decent pictures of the truck sometime instead of just ones in the driveway after putting new parts on. Haha
Got the new bed graphics installed! I had the bed repainted last winter so I needed to get new ones. I wanted something that wasn't as intrusive as most of the factory options were.
Yea, I think they are definitely worth it. I would recommend just giving your stock vent and hood trims a refresh before putting them on since they do slightly show still through the gaps.
Just put my order in for the 13" Android 10 8GB RAM 128GB ROM unit from Phoenix Automotive. They are now available for shipping in stock. Also shout out to Capital One savings for finding me an old discount code that saved like 75 dollars on the order. lol...
Holy crap I finally got this done. MAN what a pain that was, took like a day and a half.
I ended up running 2 16AWG wires to the rear. One was straight from the positive battery terminal with a heavy duty inline fuse holder right off the battery terminal eyelet, and the other was from AUX1 on...
