No F-150 had signals on the front unless it was the max tow package, only on the back. These just replace the factory reflectors on the front of the mirrors. If you order the front and back it's plug and play.

If I was wanting to stay OEM without any big additional features the Sync 3 kit is what I would use. At this point I'm too spoiled with the Tesla style systems though.
I've been running Gen 2 OEM ones on my Gen 1 for 2 years now without issues. I considered the Morimoto ones but I still wanted it to look like the segmented LED's.
Generally E85 gets like 15-30% less fuel economy compared to "regular" fuel. The cheaper cost most of the time ends up being offset because of this unless the E85 is quite a bit cheaper.
I believe you can retrofit the 13+ HID's into the 10-12, but I haven't specifically looked into it. There are definitely a lot of aftermarket options though. Thanks for the compliments!
They do take some tweaking and messing with them, but the value for what the unit can do is pretty amazing, plus it looks awesome. The Sync 2 system is so dated at this point and can't do much.
