    Supercharger or not?

Should run great right out of the gate after the relearn process for the CPU. Then you can log it and send that in for the tweaks to make it perfect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Supercharger or not?

Holy crap. That could have been catastrophic. Did you run it hard at all? Too much timing and too little fuel can be bad news. You got lucky! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Supercharger or not?

This is just wrong, 100%. No one has tuned more of these than JDM. Plus, I’ve driven several tunes on mine—one dyno, one from another shop and JDM. JDM rocks, and it’s more than the engine tune—transmission shift points, line pressure, lockup settings. It all matters, and they have it down. Want...

    JDM engineering 700 HP kit

Exactly. People worry so much about cookie cutter tunes when they are installing them on cookie cutter trucks. Square pegs are already sized to fit the square hole—perfectly. I will add though that our shitty ACN91 Fuel out here resulted in some light pinging which had to be sorted out...

    JDM engineering 700 HP kit

Heard this before, and while it’s ok to have an opinion, that’s all it is. The fact is that companies like JDM and VMP have tuned more of these trucks than anyone, and they aren’t guessing. They are working directly from the programming in the Ford ECM, an understanding of your engine, and with...

    Clean low mile 2014....???

I think it’s the tires that look funny. Also, is it strange that the tires would be replaced already? Mine lasted 50k! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Need help please grinding noise

Tony, the best check for this is to unplug the vac line at the solenoid—the one that goes to IWEs. Cap it at the solenoid. If it still makes the sound, in my opinion it sounds like a loose heat shield vibration. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

GEN 1 Mishimoto Radiator upgrade experience?

Oh...yeah. LOL. Plus blower makes a little more heat AND the intercooler is in front of the trans cooler and radiator. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

GEN 1 Mishimoto Radiator upgrade experience?

Excellent. Looking forward to seeing those trans temps. I’m running the larger cooler so I know what difference that’s made. Basically much quicker recovery and 8-10 degrees lower average temps. I’ll be hoping to install this radiator over the winter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Perfect. That's what I wanted to hear, thanks.

GEN 1 Mishimoto Radiator upgrade experience?

I guess what I'm trying to ask is, you pulled everything out between the radiator support and the engine, toward the rear, right?

GEN 1 Mishimoto Radiator upgrade experience?

Right on, nice. Thanks for all the details. Hey, did you have to work in front of the radiator at all? I ask because I've got my intercooler, brackets, hoses out in front, and hoping I don't have to deal with that. I'd like to do this before next summer.

I know! Anytime the intake ports are exposed it looks like amateur night. Is it too hard to tape them? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Clean low mile 2014....???

4 years ago I paid $52k for my 2014. It had 7,500 miles on it then. Locally, people were asking over $50k for any SCREW at that time, regardless of mileage. Still holding their value.

Haha, “gross” is perfect for those wheels. It is overpriced, but if you can work on that, trim is easy to replace. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    JDM engineering 700 HP kit

I agree, based on the fact that big torque early in the RPM range is what moves these heavy trucks. If you look at the throttle body that Indmar Marine uses on their Roush Raptor ski boat engines, it's a big single, not a dual. I think it's actually smaller than the stock twin Ford TB on the...

In theory, but I’m in Vegas and struggling with part throttle pinging. It’s hot as hell and our gas is garbage ACN 91. JDM is helping me sort it out but it isn’t one size fits all. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
