    Hey man, did you ever get the leaf spring issue resolved? My Deavers look identical to yours when on a lift and the shop identified this as the location for the clunk as well. Deaver is acting like they haven't seen this problem before...any help is greatly appreciated.

    Nope! I ended up going a different direction and selling the Raptor for an F350. Not because of this issue, by the way, but it was always annoying.
