Aaand, you're all correct. Got told nothing they can do unless the shock was damaged physically from a covered failed component of the truck... like if the transmission exploded and shrapnel took out the shock, then they'd cover it... maybe. Anyways, I've got a good offer for an almost brand...

Well, shit... ...Fluid all over the place as you'd expect... both shocks are leaking, but the drivers side is the one with the cap blown off. Any advise getting this covered under warranty? 56k miles, extended warranty. Yuma, AZ Ford is NOT friendly with warranty claims.

I'm sure 5Star as made tweaks over the years, but you'd need to call them for an update. Now, depending on the tuner you have, the firmware may have been updated several times. I connect mine once a month for updates just so if problems happen, SCT can easily and quickly fix.

Have any of you had any issues with the rubber seals falling off? Both at the tailgate, and up by the glass, the rubber seals have separated from the cover. I was going to just go to Low's and buy some sticky backed stuff... I dunno yet.
