I’ve been looking for a fabricator for over a year now and every one I’ve talked to isn’t accepting jobs for months. I was planning on working with a gentleman from Arizona but that didn’t pan out.
So, does anyone know of a fabricator, or better yet, a way I can mount my gun and ammo cases...
I ordered mine from off-road alliance to replace what I had on my truck before. Got the kitchen, table, and side bins. My heavy tent is mounted using the Leitner bars off my old rack.
I love this thing. Really well made, keeps a lot of dust and mud out. The design on the doors is well thought...
My understanding of this fix is that the CEL just won’t turn on so you could be having it.
So the truck is trying to tell you there’s a problem and the solution you had was to ignore that problem.
Your tuner knows your truck better than anyone here so I’m knocking your solution. My point is to...
After seven months I only need to wait until Monday! I won’t get any desert time with it before I head back to work so I’ll have to make do with NorCal forests. Anyone know of secluded beach access along the California coast I won’t get shot going to?
It’s not a Leitner rack. I can’t tell for sure but the design seems more akin to RCI bed racks. It’s missing the support rods that the Leitner racks have and it sits below the cab line.
Raptor assault runs 32/28 front/rear on their trucks. There was talk the engineers who designed the truck run down to 26 on their personal vehicles.
If you’re bombing, I wouldn’t go lower than that. I have aftermarket wheels so I don’t know anything lower than that on stock wheels.
I will say...
I have discovered that I’m very good at keeping the steering wheel completely still on long drives which will also set it off. If I wiggle it a little bit, the warning will go away. It’s annoying and I haven’t found any way to turn it off.
This is something we can’t answer. It’s really personal preference. The raptor is comfortable and great for traveling between point A and point B and is definitely capable. But it also depends on what points you’re going to. Are you going to way out back on 4x4 trails that require what the...
I’m currently living in my raptor. I work 12 hours away from where I have my mailing address and I live alone. If I had a wife and dogs, I would absolutely not do it in a raptor or RTT.
Alone, the raptor is great but it does have its drawbacks in comparison to a van. And you’ll be living in...
I heard putting it in a plastic bag is a method that lots of people are using. If you include a spark in the bed, you can claim that you were trying not to burn the truck down when you’re driving fast enough to put the fire out.
