I often experience the same Carplay error - it shows playing, but I can't hear anything. If I switch sources to Sat and leave it on Sat for a min or two I get a pop up that says Carplay isn't working, it will then restart and work just fine. Takes maybe 2 minutes max. Regarding Google Maps...

I did not attempt to check the angle. But I did watch this video which showed someone using their iPhone to help with the positioning.

I installed an ADD Pro bolt on a few weeks ago. After some sensor errors, I removed the grill and resintalled the bracket and sensor over a click, closer to the R, and haven't had an issue since.

I just installed this relocation bracket yesterday. Total pain in the ass and not nearly as solid or easy as the Gen 2. I could not attach the final support bracket. I think it was right behind the F and I wasn't trying to get my drill in there. Just to be clear, because the directions...

Squeaky right front shock replaced yesterday. Just the one, not both sides. And they didn't do a ride height adjustment. not sure if that is necessary or not. No observations to share yet other than the noise is gone. I didn't notice a difference in ride characteristics as others have reported...
