Yeah that’s fair. But my point is, Ford knows how to make HP with an ecoboost application. My bet is they just don’t NEED a reason to. At the end of the day, why steal sales from your flagship v8 monster that you don’t have to produce a lot of?

I mean the v6 ecoboost in the Ford GT puts out 660 hp… just saying.

Need more details. Have you ever owned a f150 raptor? How does it compare? Fun to drive? And as someone else asked… does it rip?! Wonder if 35” tires could fit? 37” would be sick with some glass

What did you do with your take offs? Were they the standard beadlocks?

I should also mention, that Sonic is still in the family at around 240k miles on it. No big mechanical changes or needs. Replaced coolant line due to tree rats chewing them up. Change oil and do all the recommended interval maintenance and it’s been solid.

My favorite gas saver commuter car was a Chevy Sonic hatchback with a manual. I was AVERAGING 32-34mpg. Super fun car to drive with a turbo. Didn’t mind it as a beater. I’d love to get a Focus RS just for the fun of it.

This^ I mean how often you gunna look at your truck bed? And if your using it, it’s probably covered up or an afterthought anyways lol

Darn this is a bummer. I agree with others - STOCK sounds better and overall was good to begin with. I’ve had a ton of people (with gen 2’s) comment about how much better it sounds. One thing I’d want out of an aftermarket solution is same sound as stock, with less in cabin drone -...

I thought forscan could handle this, no? Also, my 23 came without the AS/S option AND heated steering wheel. Given I live in Michigan, I’ll be looking to do the heated steering wheel mod eventually.
