@thatJeepguy I have considered the matte finish PPF. I have done that on other vehicles and the maintenance is easy as pie, especially in my area with the snow and junk half the year. I am just not sure I want to spend much of any money on this thing that doesn't make it better. It's 4 years...
Hello All, I am finally in the Raptor world and happy to be in a GEN 2. I bought a basically new GEN2 with only 8K miles on it so I am trying to gather as much info from you owners with lots of pain free miles lol.
Goal of this post is to get my head wrapped around any of the MUST DO type mods...
There are...and that has always been my goal. 20K miles or less, 21-22 maybe a 23, but the 21-22 market is a little better on price for the trucks I am looking for
100% agree with this. I want to modd the truck. I don't really like stock. BUT, i think i could be happy with a Gen 3 in stock for if I bought the right truck. Trouble is, that "RIGHT" truck is 20K more than a Gen 2 that is the "RIGHT" truck to baseline for modds and drive every day.

Motivational...I am not worried about the $ i am super focused on the best truck for the money. I hope that makes sense. Pros to a cheaper investment in a barely used truck. Cons to that truck having known phaser issues throughout its life.

Thanks. I have driven a Gen 2 and owned Gen 3...it's a real toss up. I am not shooting for 37's on the Gen 2 i am just planning to drive this thing and do mods to enjoy it. if the leaf spring is the game changer then I cannot argue with that logic as all
