Update:
I just picked up my new 2023 Azure Raptor today!
Actually a pretty cool story. I had one ford dealer, the one I actually get my Shelby serviced at, give me an over-the-phone trade offer of $34-35k on my 2023 ford bronco base 2D 7Mt with 4.6k miles. I bought the car for $34.8k over...
Well said haha! To me it’s the trade value that would **** me off. I’d be stoked with either of the trucks. dealer 2 with the azure is the only dealer so far willing to give me a strong trade value on my bronco, so if dealer 1 low balls me like 95% of those I have spoken to have already, then...
Interestingly I actually am trying to talk myself into the 24 and away from the 23. I like the cosmetics of both, but I prefer the azure gray color, it’s just different- I had a 2014 Anvil JKU that was totaled by a guy running a red light, this color reminds me of that jeep.
It just seems...
Update:
So I went in to a local dealer yesterday evening to check out a 2024 Avalanche on the lot, $82k sticker. Only options are moonroof and spray in liner. No price listed online, and when I get there the salesman informs me that there is a $10k ADM on all raptors. I politely said that...
This is helpful info that I tend to agree with as far as trading in - thank you! I knew the year would help but what I didn’t realize was that azure doesn’t seem to be a popular color!
Thank you for that info! I have heard about the moon roof issues but haven’t read too much into it. The least option one I’ve seen (that I’d be interested in) comes with 2 options: moon roof and spray in bed liner.
None taken, and quite the opposite actually. I appreciate your honesty! I didn’t realize Azure wasn’t a popular color, maybe that’s why I’m finding them still on lots at discount
Forgive me if I mis-typed, all trucks I have seen do include the moon roof. For me, I don’t mind it but would likely never open it, I just like the idea of having a glass roof to be honest!
I always negotiate against multiple dealers!!! Thank you!
Thanks for having me!
To be honest it’s not likely I would be using the truck for any of its true capabilities, so 99% street driven. I do not drive my personal vehicles very often as I work mostly from home and when in the field I use a company vehicle. With that said, I just have always...
Hello everyone - first time poster but I have lingered for quite some time as I have never gotten myself into a Raptor - until now!
This isn’t necessarily a 2023 vs. 2024 model comparison thread, I’m familiar with the differences and I like both models. I am just looking for some...
