The day is here! Ford SVT Raptor *********** at its finest. Get down and dirty with Outlaw Raptors new Long Travel Suspension kit!!

Conquer any terrain your Raptor comes across with 18” of Trophy Truck handling wheel travel, while still retaining 4 wheel drive capabilities! (Just ask Rick):peace:

The CV angle has been tested at full droop and compression while at full lock of the steering wheel.

King Shock Technology 2.5” x 12” Dual rate Coil overs hold the truck up, while the 3.0 x 12” Triple Bypasses piggy back reservoir smooth out the terrain with ease. The added 2.5” Bump stop will stop you from bottoming out hard in the dirt.

Our 4130 Internally ribbed, pocket style lower control arms are 2.75" inches wider per side and feature one inch Uniballs and 4130 machined spacers for all the pivot points. No sloppy bushings here! :baby:

Upper control arms are machined out of a single piece of aircraft quality 2024 Aluminum with a 3/16 4130 clevis to attach the spindle. Large 7/8” FK Chromoly heims thread into the arm and mount it to the upper frame mounts.

The spindle is also made from 3/16 4130 plate with internal ribs and machined snout block. The spindle uses a vertical 1" uniball on top with a 1.5” vertical uniball for the lower pivot. Factory hubs, actuators, rotors and calipers bolt right up to the new spindle and have mounting locations for ABS lines and Brakelines.

Extended 7075 air craft grade aluminum Heim steering kit with 3/4 inner and 7/8 outter heims to steer around or over any obstacle.

New 300m heat treated and black oxide axles are provided in the kit to mount up to your factory C.V.s

This kit requires cutting, grinding, and welding. You must remove the factory shock mount and upper arm mounts. But to make the job a little easier, we include a upper shock and arm mount kit with frame reinforcement plates, and engine cross brace. Reinforcement plates for the lower control arms are also provided and must be welded on.

This kit uses all F911 bolts and washers as well as stover (all metal locking) nuts. No grade 8 allowed!

Quad ply limit straps (2 per side) keep the suspension from over extending. Keeping C.V.s, Tie rods, and Shocks working properly, without damage.

Kit Features:

18” of usable wheel travel
Up to 4” of lift (
37” tires
2.75” over uniball, 4130 plate, pocket style lower control arms
2024 air craft grade Billet upper control arm with 4130 clevis

Looks great and sounds like a terrific upgrade.

Just curious - at what point does it make sense to build a standard F-150 instead of heavily modifying a Raptor?

Never. The Raptor has so many features that you should be using. Off Road mode, Down hill assist, sequential shift, a 6.2L Engine that no matter what you do to your truck, those are still covered under warranty. With the F150 you have to upgrade the engine and lose out on the rest. Plus, I speced out a fully loaded F150. It was more than a Raptor.
