Pretty sure it's transparent. Someone with a 2011 and hood graphic can confirm.

I've looked at the g/f's blue 2011 with the hood graphic and can't say for sure, looks like it is not transparent and just a color match.

Nope just 1 part # for 2011 hood graphic, so if you rub and can't feel any edges on the Raptor/F150 ....................
