2011 raptor.
I tried uploading some photos of to my nav screen last night and it only pulled 2 photos from the disc. If I press add photos it keeps adding the same 2 photos but not the other 20 or so. Yes they are JPG.
No I have 4 photos of the same thing in the system.

Anybody else have this problem.

I've tried a couple different times to get photos into my nav and I've never been able to get to work and end up giving up on it

I just got my 2013 SCAB and have the same problem. The system finds the Flash Drive with the pictures, lists them, but is not able to download them. Tried to change the screen wallpaper and failed each time. I see this problem in 2011 - can not believe FORD did not fix it by 2013 models...

I have a 2012 and have never had a problem uploading photo's but I use a CD in lieu of a flash drive. Have you tried a CD?

Yep... I have never been able to get a flash drive to work with either 2011 or 2012... Always used a cd and it works every time.

Found on another forum:

From pg. 57 of the 2012 MFT manual:

Uploading photos for your home screen wallpaper
Your system allows you to upload and view up to 32 photos.
To access:
1. Press Menu > Display > Edit Wallpaper.
2. Follow the system prompts to upload your photographs.
Note: You can NOT load photos directly from your camera. You MUST
access the photos from either your USB mass storage device or from an
SD card.
Photo display limitations:
• Compatible file formats are as follows: .jpg, .gif, .png, .bmp
• Each file must be 1.5 MB or less.
• Recommended dimensions: 800 x 378
• Only the photograph(s) which meet these conditions will be
displayed. Photographs with extremely large dimensions (i.e., 2048
x 1536) may not be compatible and will appear as a blank (black)
image on the display.

Guys, I found the solution.

Yes FORD tells us that pictures should not be larger trhan 1.5Mb...and that means that anthing smaller than that should be OK. IT IS NOT! I tried many sizes and nothing worked - EXCEPT - the one that is also mentioned in the manual 800x384. This worked with no problem and ends up being about 900Kbps. So yuo MUST resize your picture (Start - Accesories - Paint) and make it exactly 800x384 and it will work OK. This is for 2013 model. For previous years, follow exactly what size they mention.
