Got that Matte Detailer. Know to use it on the hood but good to use on my soft tonneau cover?
Also for the first time grabbed a gallon of the Microfiber Revitalizer. Kinda getting tired of washing out the stuff in the kitchen sink with soap and water, seems to take forever on the pads with wax so hoping this stuff will do better and for those towels my wife throws in the wash, looking dingy.
Yes, you can use the
Matte Detailer on your soft tonneau cover to clean light dirt, dust and fingerprints, without adding any shine. But since it does not provide any UV protection, you should switch off and use
VRT at least one a month, to keep the cover protected from the sun.
I think you will be impressed how the
Microfiber Revitalizer & Brightener cleans the towels, when used in the washing machine. And it certainly will clean out the pads when hand washing them. This product is a strong detergent that is specifically formulated for the types of products like waxes and sealants.
When machine washing the towels, add about 3oz in the detergent tray, and nothing else (no other detergents, no fabric softener, so bleach). Wash on warm water, with an extra rinse, then dry them on low heat (with no dryer sheet).
If you have any towels with stains, pre-treat the stained areas with a shot of MRB, let it sit for awhile (even overnight), then machine wash.
