I had my M&R light bar for 2 weeks when I noticed a longitudinal crack had developed down the entire length of the lense. There was also a spot on the lense that shattered from what I'm guessing was rock strike (those of you who have driven I-80 in the SF east bay know that its almost like driving on a gravel road). I emailed Mike a few pics and asked what the replacement policy was. 20 minutes later, I get a response from Mike saying he is shipping me a new light bar and all he asks is to return the old one. No third degree questioning, no finger pointing, no hemming or hawing, just an immediate response saying a replacement is on its way. M&R does care about its customers.
