As I have stated before, I am moving to Texas next May & I was considering doing a header install on my raptor.
Coming from a F**KED up emissions state, I want to see what info the Texas raptor owners can give me, in the way of restrictions or testing requirements.

It's an OBD plug in for the sensor test. I have never had a problem in texas. I even had a 1996 911 RSR 3.8 with a cat elimination system that still passed (!)

Good info, but what I am really looking for is restrictions/requirements that may be in place for replacing the stock exhaust/catalytic converter.
That info didn't seem to apply to Jasper county.
Any Texans in the know?

Are there any limitations as far as exhaust replacement?

Just did mine ---- would not pass with the tune installed.. Put back the original one drove it about 50 miles and it passed. Common issue with programmers depending on who wrote the tune..

If you are in Jasper County, add long as you don't have a CEL, you should pass. I don't think they are close enough to a big city to require emissions.
