Hi there,
I just wanted to take a second to do a little show n tell...
I bought a 2013 Ingot Silver Screw...because i didnt wanna wait till march or april to get my truck if i custom ordered it...and it woulda been a 2014...so more expensive. Silver was the only color a dealer anywhere in the northwest was willing to give up off their lot for my dealer. The local hometown Ford store here in the valley I live in sold it to me under invoice...(after having to buy it from the other dealer even) and gave me an extra grand on my trade in...and threw in the hard folding 3 piece tonnoeau cover and drop in bed liner free! Mad props to my dealer! Great people for sure. I really wanted a black raptor because that is the only factory raptor color i like...and it is soo sexy..although hard to keep clean. If I had my 100% ideal raptor from the factory I would have had them leave it just primed...or throw a lime green/yellow ish paint job...
So i took matters into my own hands
I hadn't even owned my truck two weeks yet when i put her in the shop..
Was Vs. Will be (color wise) And the Sota's are being color matched too...the silver parts will be gecko. I am not replacing the "RAPTOR" decals. I have a magnaflow exhaust on her and will be routing it out custom one of each side. I have the tint appt made already for front windows and glare strip. She has a JL AUDIO stealth box because factory sony preium system sucks. She has 2 sets of duallies for the fog holes...one amber one white. She has d2 reverse flush mount diffused for the rear bumper. and a 40" e series for behind the grille. 54" RDS Radius Rigid bar soon to come. Hope you all like her. I think thats all for now that i have for her This can become my Build Thread. Keep checking back for updates! Waiting on a custom company to put out their design for raptors...they have one in the works for me...i loved the wrangler products this company makes so much that they are drafting up some raptors armor for me. more info to come on that. I was a long time Wrangler lover...had a 2007 2dr with 50k aftermarket..so definitly not new to the aftermarket/mod world. Its also where i got the Gecko Green color Idea..i was going to buy a new 4dr rubi...but went with a raptor instead...and just painted it the ideal color I hope you enjoy!
