It was great to meet Swoop and his father yesterday and we appreciate the use of his truck. :waytogo:

The stock baseline was 323 RWHP / 343 RWTQ. We then installed the Corsa exhaust system and put the truck back on the dyno. The numbers with only the Corsa exhaust were 333 RWHP / 351 RWTQ.

We then installed an Airaid CAI and our custom dyno tune. This combination made 353 RWHP / 369 RWTQ.

I will let Swoop comment on the way it drives, but I thought it felt great. I got some video of it on the dyno and a little test run on the street (sorry for the quality, it was pretty bouncy and I couldn't keep the camera steady).

Good numbers. I don't know how much time y'all had but I would have been interested, though maybe not worth it, to see the truck's dyno run after the CAI pre-tune then post-tune. I was always told breath better in and out, not one or the other.

Thanks for sharing the outcome.

Given the good gains with the CAI, cat-back, and tune, has anyone added CNC heads to that combination.

If CAI, cat-back and tune got you 353whp/369wtq, how much more might you get if you added CNC heads?

I am interested in optimizing flow and tune, without sacrificing any driveability.
Maybe headers and high flow cats would finish the flow restriction areas. (maybe then a throttle body restriction)

Do you feel it is possible to get to 400whp/400wtq with the N/A 6.2L and still have "stock" driveability?
At approximately what cost?
