Front Fender Removal HowTo

Anyone removed theirs yet? I have the bolts out, flares off, inners off. I'm freaking sick of digging through foam! What is the secret?

Here are two. Remove the headlight and don't break the lock on the clip like I did. Second, cut the foam with one of the long razor knives as close to the cab wall as possible. If you get at the right angle you can cut from the inside while watching your blade poking through in the door jam.

Got the other fender off today. Shock is out so I can adjust to the top perch and check for tire clearance.

This is taking a LOT longer than I thought... a pic of the progress. Undercoating done on the passenger fender well. Fenders are painted and out to LineX this week.
