True. I’ve only been stopped once in 12 years between California and Texas and it was in Tomball. I keep a plate attached to a magnet for when I do get pulled over. ‘I have one officer, I just forgot to slap it on after I cleaned it’.
Thanks for the recommendation. I actually found Grove Fabworks immediately after posting and confirmed just now that they can modify the mount to essentially replicate the Pro Eagle so I can fasten directly to the SVC rack without any further drilling.
I may have figured out the answer to my own question…the jack is strapped to a tray that is actually mounted to the rack itself. Only thing I need to find is a tray for the Badland and verify if the width of the tray/jack is wider than that of the Pro Eagle. The jack itself is a tight fit...
Just curious if anyone has done this? SVC’s rack is ready for the Pro Eagle, but I’m curious if anyone has modified the rack or jack itself to work with the Badland?
Not sure how the upgraded stock location IC and the FMIC compare but I can tell you that with the front mount installed, the difference is noticeable, especially with tune. The install looks daunting and I even considered having a shop do it. It’s not hard, at all, just intimidating.
