What's the best time of year to actually go out there?

Fall and spring. Normall off road season starts mid October until November and then again in May to July. But the Raptor has a good heater and air con, so all year is great especially since extreme conditions scare away crowds

I dont miss out on any deset, I go year round and live with the heat and cold unless its 110+, but he asked when the "best" time to go is.

Mid Oct. Damn man, you've already missed out on 2 good months of dezert

The only time we try and stay out of the dezert is between middle of May through the 2nd week of August.

Just make sure you have an Ez-Up and warm clothes
