You have to drill, but not into the body. You would drill a hole into the door jam.

Looks better than the above the roof setups though, it's probably just visible at the very top of the windshield

I would like to drive in one mounted to hear how bad the wind noise was, would be a dealbreaker for me if it was really bad.
