I was lucky enough to stumble upon a killer deal for a used roush supercharger kit a few months back. Bought it, installed it, and uploaded the Roush tune and honestly wasn't overly impressed. Definite power increase but the shifting and shift points were all off ( I ended up mainly driving in manual mode). At that point reached out to Jim Jr for a JDM tune and am really happy I did. The truck honestly feels much much quicker now, the power is really linear and constant, the shifting is worlds better (JDM is currently adjusting the shift points a smidge for around town driving and then it will be perfect)-- a little more crisp and firm then stock but not overly so, it is still a truck after all, and believe it or not my gas mileage is much better. I had planned to trade this truck in on a gen 2 soon, but have no desire for that to happen now. Really so happy with how it is running.
