This includes everything you need for a plug and play package. Headlights, ballast's and bulb's are all brand new oem and a plug and play wire harness.

Also can do projector, 50w bulb/ballast upgrades

Heres some pics of the Black set, I have them in stock now. Included is the complete headlight assembly's - brand new OEM and a high quality TRS relay Harness that is plug and play.

Correct, I can open them up for mods though. I havent really put much thought into pricing, maybe $100 labor and cost of parts ?

Sorry, you can probably get a few hundred on ebay for them.
