Yes it’s an R thing as the truck has too much power to not spin the wheels in 2wd. Yes you can program the R button to be in whatever configuration you prefer.

Had anyone read my post you would see I said I was in sport mode. Ford in their infinite wisdom default the truck into 4A when in sport mode.

2023 R - I have had two occasions in sport mode, once in 2wd once in 4wd, both around 95mph under hard acceleration where it throws a powertrain error and front collision assist error and goes into limp mode. Any ideas?
