Sounds like injectors to me, try running some Lucus fuel additive. It’s almost an oil, and it goes into the fuel tank. Should quiet down and clean those suckers at the same time.

What do you think the resale on them would be? I would think anyone with a F150 would just go straight to aftermarket?
