Well, decided to give it a shot and answer my own question. Not only does the Cobb shroud fit perfectly, but the snorkel brace fits as well, even though the R uses a different snorkel.

Now that I’ve confirmed fitment, I have a feeling @BadWRP is going to show me up and get the new carbon fiber shroud Cobb is coming out with to match his pretty bedcover.

I have this set up on my 22 3.5 my 24 R is coming in this week want to order one for the new truck but haven't seen the shroud on the 24's yet to confirm fitment. Thanks for the Info much appreciated.

That looks really nice. Do these add any additional cooling value or just simply engine dress up?
According to Cobb it reduces pressure drop in the intake before the filter because it gets more air into the intake snorkel than the stock rubber shroud. Obviously in my pic with the airbox lid off that doesn’t really matter.
