Nice job. I was a bit skeptical on the color matched flares as well, but I’ve loved it on my black Gen 2. I now much prefer it over stock.

I think I replaced mine at about 35k. I just put on more of the same, but there was a huge improvement in noise and ride quality with the fresh tires.

Following this, as I’m considering the same. Leaning towards +2 HD’s to accommodate ~400lbs in the bed. I don’t tow, so prefer the truck sits close to level or only slightly high in the rear. OP, let us know what you decide and post some pictures when it’s done!

Makes sense to me, especially because you don’t have to pay tax on buying the truck private party (like we do here in CA). You might consider asking your dealer what they’d give for trade in on this truck so you know what you’re in for.
