I suggest you verify your coolant level by opening the cap and looking inside. Sometimes the reservoir gets stained and it seems like there is more in there than there really is. The odor of the exhaust is the tell.

I ended up going with the Fab Fours Matrix Front Bumper (Black) - FF17-X4351-1 for deer protection. The profile is pretty tight even with the winch. No issues with the intercooler and the weight doesn't affect anything. The adaptive cruise control sensor mounts inside the bumper.

I had the same issue with creaking/rattle. It took several very heavy applications of grease around all the edges, but it eventually went away. The seals are susceptible to drying out.

Same issue for my 2019 SCREW. Cruise control at highway speed then accelerate to pass, bang! It's very intermittent and the dealer hasn't been able to replicate, but it is such a violent slam, that I now accelerate gingerly if I'm already in cruise.
