It rides level with the top of the cab. If you add lights then they stick up above the cab. The description and pictures in the first post pretty much should show and describe this better

All g2 ecoboosts do it. Go to your ford dealership and fire up random F150s with the ecoboost.

Resonators are not restrictive. They do one thing only, kill resonance.
