Yeah , maybe I need to research a better oil cooler …. I thought the deep pan with 7 extra quarts of fluid would have really helped to keep it cool but I guess not

I thought these raptors were meant for the sand and desert but I’m second guessing this

It’s full of fluid … reputable shop installed new jasper transmission… it’s running 198 under normal driving … spiked on the beach..

I have a brand new jasper transmission with an AFE deep aluminum vented pan that holds 7 extra quarts and the other day when I was running on the beach I had to stop and let it cool down because it wasn’t far from the yellow mark on my 2012 raptor …. Any suggestions , help , insight

Does the rough country one fit on the Gen 1 raptor ??? Rough country said it didn’t but I’m still trying to figure out why it wouldn’t

I have the poly traction boards as well just in case … I’ve only ever been stuck in the sand once or twice and it sucks so I go prepared

There is another company that has a direct fit for the raptor but they want $479 for it and touch country is 1/2 the price and looks just as nice

How does your raptor do rock crawling ? What winch plate did you use ?

Did you have to modify the plate at all ?

These are the two that I found … the one on the bottom is a hidden winch mount behind the bumper and is meant for the Gen 1 Raptor … I like it but just the plate is $429 and then you have the Rough Country EXO that is for the F-150 but supposedly won’t work on the raptor… this mounts to the...
