I love the moon roof, but only because I got it tinted. If the sun is out, even with the tint, the sun on your face gets hot, and you end up putting the shade up. I use it mostly on cloudy, rainy and not direct sunlight days. Makes the cabin seem bigger and brighter, and everyone always comments...
Man I hate this AC so much. The tinting of all windows has helped a lot. I can’t believe some people are still driving even without a clear ceramic tint on the windows.
I just had this completed on Friday and the AC system seems to be responding much better. I would randomly get 2 out of the 4 symptoms in the TSB, but never could get it to the dealer to replicate. With the summer coming up and the heat, they were alright with giving it the upgrade.
At least...
I know. I kinda wanted a shell but the price and possible sag kept me away. I figure if the DB doesn't fit well, I'll sell it and go with that top. I like that factory look over some of the other new modular caps.
Dealer says there are no new available updates for this issue, and it's pretty universal with the CarPlay in all ford vehicles. They did do an upgrade of my AC software which in turn will cause the transmission to relearn. So maybe this overall hard reset of the computer might help out. It just...
Did anyone have this issue and know what the fix is? My 22 has been at the dealer for 2 days now. I have no power at any of the 110v outlets. It did work when I first purchased the truck but now it doesn’t. I only took it to the dealer because I couldn’t find a fuse that’s linked to it.
Anyone...
A good shop is charging about $300-$400 to install a kill switch when I priced it out. If the switch is found in the hidden spot, turning it on would be all it takes to bypass. 100% success rate if found.
Ravelco is double the cost and the receptacle is out in the open. Bypassing it requires...
This is where I was going with my post above. If its 5 wires, thats two components (starter and ECU for example). All you would need to do in theory is just clip the front of the Ravelco off, figure out which 2 are positive and which 2 are negative and then ground it. 2 + 2 + 1 ground = circuit...
So in theory, I can cut all the wires from the back of my Ravelco, twist them all together, and then put ground to it and the vehicle should start? I'm pretty sure you would fry the computer before you start the truck? The same holds true for using a jumper wire in the holes of the Ravelco right?
Is there some type of reprogram or update that the dealer can preform that fixes my Apple Car Play. I can't drive anymore without it glitching out. I am using an iPhone 12 mini, but it's fully updated and has been for about the past 6–8 months.
Has anyone had experience with repairs that fixed...
