From model years 1988-2006, I would take a half-ton GM over a similar Ford any day. Especially with the 5.7L in the GMT400, and then the 5.3L in the GMT800. Since then, only Fords and Rams for me.

These Goodyear MTs are rock throwers - they are stock on Broncos with the sasquatch package, and notorious for picking up rocks in the tread pattern and throwing them up the sides of your rig. And I know - I have a Bronco. Changed out the tires shortly after purchase. I like the light weight...

Love it. Mostly because I love that we benefit from GM / Ford / Ram continually pushing each other in the 1500 truck segment. As a consumer, this is a great thing. It's a good looking truck. Would not buy one, but I see the appeal.

Doesn't quite make sense - if you are "passing" on the truck, that means you aren't choosing to own it. So how can you sell something you don't own? Or just doing the dealer a favor by posting an ad here on their behalf? If am I misunderstanding and that you fully intend to purchase the truck...
